Learning Leaders

Learning Leaders is an immersive, multi-format program designed to enable you to develop, and practice, the specific skills you need to become a trusted leader
who knows how to build trusting teams.

The program is delivered through an intentionally staged approach, following the LIFT Inside Out Learning Model which recognises that we must first work on the skills needed to successfully lead our selves before we can effectively lead others.

Phase 1 takes approximately 7 months to complete while Phase 2, building on these foundations, is approximately 6 months.

We've taken over 300 leaders through this program over 14+ years and we know that it's successful and sustainable (because our repeatedly clients tell us).
