The Process

The BELBIN® profile takes no more than 15 minutes to complete and can include a 360 degree feedback from five observers.

BELBIN® is an evidence-based validated profiling process. LIFT’s profiling debrief will support you to understand your individaul team roles and strengths, build your confidence and capability to maximise your team contribution and show you how to manage your weaknesses that can get in the way of your success.

On completion, you’ll receive an in-depth confidential report that you’ll review with an experienced LIFT Collective BELBIN® accredited profiler during your personal customised debrief.
