As a Leadership Coach, Profiler & Facilitator*, Adam has been training people for over 30 years and is now transferring those skills into a facilitation approach with LIFT.  He’s an Accredited Ontological Coach, Belbin® Accredited Profiler and Certified PRINT® coach.

Adam’s ontological approach (our “way of being”, ie: how our language, body and emotions shape our reality) influences his leadership coaching and workshop facilitation style, helping to create space for clients to achieve powerful insights and sustainable change.

His style is intuitive, empathic and accountable with a good dose of humour, to encourage self-review that develops self-awareness in practical and compassionate ways. From his own learnings, he's always wary of the “busy or procrastination” trap and is keen to help leaders avoid “analysis paralysis”. This in turn, supports leaders to return to their inner wisdom and in doing so, connect more fully with their language, body and emotions.

Adam understands the pressures and competing demands in executive and senior leadership roles and what it takes to make the shift from being a technical specialist to a manager of operational priorities and to a leader of change and of teams.

When Adam's not at work he loves to cook, developing new flavour profiles or preserves in the kitchen, bike riding, reading, watching rubbish TV or being anywhere near water or nature.

An accomplished and experienced CEO / Non-Executive Director with 25+ years senior executive experience in high profile community-based organisations, Fiona has led significant structural and cultural change across large complex organisations, in collaboration with internal workforce, external stakeholders and political influences at local and state level. She understands the challenges of being a values-based leader, balancing commercial strategic outcomes and building empowering relationships to support people to perform at their best.

A graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, her qualifications include an MBA, postgraduate Critical Care Nursing, Registered Nurse and Adv.Dip Ministry.

Fiona brings her extensive C-Suite and other experience along with her ability to coordinate competing demands and diverse views to our Collective.

Geordie has over 25 years in senior management in Local Government, and 35+ years in coaching and facilitation of large and small groups.

He has extensive experience in facilitation for local and State government projects and an understanding of the challenges faced by leaders at all levels to lead change and deliver key outcomes.

Geordie’s coaching style is relaxed and supportive, with a good measure of humour that makes coaching fun and effective. His coaching develops useful patterns of thinking and behaviour that work naturally and authentically for each leader.

Geordie helps leaders understand how their behaviours were first developed and then how these impact on others in their relationships at work, at home, in the community and with themselves.

Geordie also brings his clinical hypnotherapy skills to support leaders to explore elements of internal conflict resolution that can limit us from being at our best.

Tresna’s like a Swiss-army knife with a wide range of qualifications working synergistically to inform her practice. She is a CELTA qualified English language teacher with a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Bachelor of Agribusiness, and a Diploma of Applied Science (Nursing).

Clients notice her excellent interpersonal skills fine-tuned through her time in education, health and hospitality sectors (local and international). More than 15 years in adult learning — including five specifically in leadership development across both private and public sectors — means she’s an extremely accomplished professional facilitator.

Tresna brings her incredibly genuine interest in people and language, and her passion for lifelong learning (fostered through extensive travel and experience!) to The LIFT Collective. We really appreciate her strong belief in community and team through respect, compassion and education.

When contemplating how trust is built and maintained within organisations as part of her work in the organisational development field, Tracey realised that she possessed more queries than academia provided answers. So, she did what any rational person would do 😉 embarking on a four year PhD research project which culminated in her research presentation at an academic conference in Switzerland.

Tracey becomes super-excited when quality, rigorous research has real world application. Her research interests are the issues that affect contemporary organisations and their stakeholders, and her current focus is in the areas of leadership, well-being and inter-organisational trust.

LIFT and Think Culture work together to design and deliver culturally appropriate leadership training and team development workshops. This work is focussed on building intercultural relations across teams and organisations, aligned to values, recognising diversity and engaging practical and sustainable solutions. These solutions may include intercultural workplace issues, race relations and/or reconciliation action plans. Mandy is also an accredited human Synergistics Lifestyles profiler, facilitator and coach.

LIFT and Conflict Management Academy work together to provide specific solutions for complex conflict related issues.
Prinicipal, Director and Lead Trainer, Dr Samantha Hardy holds a PhD in Law and Conflict Resolution and is an experienced and accredited mediator accredited under the Australian National Mediation Accreditation.
She is the founder of the REAL Conflict Coaching System™.
