Rare is the leader who doesn’t hear some kind of inner chatter that limits what they’re doing. It’s our nature to second guess ourselves and whilst that can be a good thing — we all benefit from a critical thinking filter to question our decisions before it’s too late — the downside is, we can suffer analysis paralysis. And that blocks out our natural intuition and clarity to make decisions.
