Ā  Access THEĀ ESSENTIALĀ leadership skillsĀ

Ā  FAST, accessible, easy-to-implement tools, field-testedĀ with thousands of leaders like you!Ā Ā

For over 25 years, LIFT has been building trusted leaders and trusting teams through team profiling, leadership coaching, interactive workshops, online courses, and in-depth multi-modal programs.

Our Workshop2Workplace trademarked process really WORKS — and it STICKS — because building trust and leadership capability is a repeatable skill which takes time. And we take the time.

And while, of course, there's so much more to building trusted leaders...

What if the TOOLS that build trust and leadership capability are actually

IN JUST A FEW MINUTES?

What if you could connect with LIFT's most accessible and dynamic learning resource that (like you!)
KEEPS GROWING?

What if you could access short tutorials to learn exactly HOW to build and implement a Leadership Toolkit
JUST 5-15 MINUTES LATER?

Well, we've done it!

Ā

I’ve been building trusted leaders and trusting teams for over 20 years and here’s what I know: everyone, at some point, struggles with questions like: Am I worthy of this role? Am I good enough? Do I really belong here?

Stat’s say females in leadership roles are even more likely to question themselves and feel uncertain. I see this firsthand in female leaders that we coach (and in myself, too!)

So, I want to change that!

You are already enough. You do belong here.

You are on this earth (at work and at home) to positively influence and make things happen... but we have to stop doing this great work at the expense of ourselves.

That’s why I created Unlocking the Courage Code – and why our programs are female-only.

Whether you’re a new or experienced leader or simply want to unearth your courage, Unlocking the Courage Code will help you find your voice, and begin to thrive, not just survive.

I can’t wait to share the courage code with you!

What surprised me most about the program is how much we actually worked on ourselves, the individual. I am being brave in situations that I wouldn't normally because I think that who I am [becoming], sitting here today, I'm a much better leader, mum, wife, because I invested in me.

What happened when I walked through the door is I met a group of like-minded women who were vulnerable, welcoming and it was really special and that was really unexpected for me.

It was so much more personal than just answering questions, ticking boxes. So, there was no right or wrong answer. It was about sharing and through the sharing that's where all the really good stuff happens.

The way the workshops are set up, it allows you the space to be able to have that vulnerability and make connections with people you wouldn't normally come across in your day-to-day work life, which I think is really exciting and empowering.Ā I just wish I'd done this a few years earlier.

Don't waste any time self-doubting and not being sure of yourself. Do yourself a favour, invest in yourself and be brave and step into the program because it is definitely worthwhile.

Tanya

I now have the confidence to be a manager. To show up, be a manager and not feel like I'm not enough. I am enough. I cannot believe how many changes I've made. It's affected every area of my life.

When I first walked in the door, I was a little bit uncomfortable as I think were most people, but within 15-20 minutes, it felt like we'd known each other forever.

The women here in this room haveĀ  shared their souls, their stories and it makes you realise that to be connected, you have to be vulnerable. And I think that's what made the difference.

What surprised me about undertaking this program has been just the amazing transformation. I was not expecting a lot in terms of my change. I thought it was more about work, but not me personally.

Put aside any preconceptions that you might have about the program. It's a tough ride, but it's one that's absolutely well worthwhile and I can't recommend it highly enough to other people.

Siti

I thought I was done with discovering. Like, I've established who I am, but coming out of this three and a half days, you know, I'm a different person for the better.

What I'm doing differently certainly is asking for help. I don't always have to have the answers. I don't have to always be the ā€˜yes’ person. I don't always have to be the one that has to do everything. There are people that can help me.

So, certainly it's not just my professional life, in my personal life as well. Certainly putting up my hand saying OK, I need help.

I would recommend anyone to do it. Just do it and do not hesitate. Just do it!

Amy

I've almost reinvented myself and really given myself the round of applause that I've needed and [am] being really kind to myself. I feel amazing.

I'm just taking the time to slow things down in both my personal life and work life.Ā I'm really thinking about what's right for me and what's right for my family before I say yes to something or before I make a decision on something.Ā It's pretty cool that I've learnt those skills to wind down a little bit more than I normally would.

I've transformed probably my approach to working with people and interacting with people because I'm not there to please other people. I'm actually there for me. And while I love and care about people around me, I need to make sure that I'm doing things for me rather than everyone else. I don't want to be a people pleaser.

Make the time for you, because this is about you. Make the time to really get to know yourself and just jump in and do it.

Nicole

This is a space that's created by women, for women and it has felt entirely emotionally safe the whole way through.

I feel like I'm more self-assured and I feel like I'm able to hold my boundaries a lot firmer, even to the point where I can communicate when I'm unhappy with something without feeling like I'm not allowed to or I'm going to be hurting somebody. I can do it in a way that demonstrates my expectations without it being unkind and feel like I'm kind of staying true to myself as well.

I would say it was life-changing because it was something I had never been able to do well before. I do believe that we all came out of it feeling like we could stand in our own power and take that into our work unapologetically and take up the space that we are entitled to.
