On Thursday, I talked about using the power of technologies that we already have, to build our #ConnectionKindness while we’re all maintaining our physical distance.

Something I haven’t been talking about enough — but now more than ever, I should — is the importance of belonging.

And connection is the step that leads to belonging.

Last year, I founded LIFT’s Courage Creators Community on Facebook to connect leaders that have worked with LIFT. But now I'm realising that I haven’t talked much about it – and it’s important I do that. Right now!

Why? Because this Community will energise you! ⚡

And something that I’ve been noticing in my coaching conversations this week is that even the least anxious leader, is feeling uncertain in their demanding ever-changing workday.

This closed group community is a positive, inclusive, judgement-free, vulnerable safe space where I facilitate monthly “live” sessions, expanding on the 10 topics from my free eBook (which you can download at www.liftps.com).

All members get to share their experiences and offer empathy, support and solutions to the common challenges we all face as leaders.

One of my 2020 intentions is to really build on this positive community and to do that, we need YOU!
